First time ordering... The product arrived as promised, and works perfectly. I was impressed with the packaging as I have had inkjet cartridges dry out, but these are completely sealed. Colour and printing are duplicates of original cartridges and very much less expensive. You have a new customer! Dan

I have found that these ink cartridges are well worth the money when compared to the original Manufacturer's ink Carttridges. I have used these remanufactured ink cartridges for at least 4 years now and though i may need to clean the printerhead more frequently and waste several sheets of paper in the process, I have saved more than Triple the amount of money in one year of using these ink cartridges compared to cost of one colour set of The Original Manufacturer's Ink Cartridges.

À ce jour, je n’ai installé que la cartouche de jaune et pas de message d’erreur ou de clonage de la part de HP pour mon imprimante. Ça augure bien. Si HP accepte bien ces cartouches, vous aurez une cliente assidue!

great product, will buy it again

This particular purchase I noticed a change. These ink cartridges seem to flow much better through the print head - NO clogging. I’m the past I found this ink would clog the print head if the printer not used every day. Kudos on what appears to be a great improvement.
