It took five days to even process the order. The excuse given was that they didn't work during the long weekend (Jean Baptist Day). Pathetic. The Cartridge itself, when installed, worked perfectly. Thank you for that.

Still in the package as the ink has not depleted in the printer. Arrived faster than expected.

cartridge came in a box that was slightly crushed and not the same brand as the other 2 colors but looks ok Hope I don't have any problems with it.

The yellow ink did not work in our printer. But we ordered two seperate ink instead and will try that.
