issues with ink. didnt work

None of the Ink is working.

N'est pas compatible avec mon imprimante hp ! J'ai placé une des cartouche de couleur et ça indique de remplacer la cartouche "vide"!! J'ai été en acheter une originale et j'ai pu imprimer ! Est-ce que je peux retourner ma commande ???

After changing the 4 ink cartridges the printer gives a message that it’s eater something wrong with the printer or the ink cartridges.

I don’t know if the product is good because the printer is not working. It’s a large printer and I assume it will be expensive to have it look at.
