Not for my printer. Bought a new printer instead for the price of ink.

I believe this negative review has been resolved by 123Ink.ca shipping a replacement for the damaged cartridge that I received first (appreciated). The damaged cartridge has a loose rubber ink nozzle that although the cartridge seems full it will not dispense ink. It is twisted in its base and is completely unserviceable. I will attach picture here as I did with my first email. I also offered to send the cartridge back to 123Ink.ca but the answer to that was that they were mailing out to me a replacementt.

The magenta and yellow were not the best quality even though did clean heads 4 times and same results. The blk and cyan were ok. Probably won't reorder it but probably will reorder only the real ones the next time.

Installation wasn't as smooth as I had expected but doable. However, when using the printer for the first time on any given day, especially after not using it for a few days, the first pages are always horrible: - smudging, illegible text on part of the page - large black ink stains (up to 2 inches long) - colours are completely off. It takes at least 2 pages before they are somewhat decent. I will not be buying this product again but will stick to genuine HP products.

Color ink is not good. Black ink is ok.
