Before ordering this black ink cartridge for my Epson WP-4020 I wanted to be sure I was getting a new, guaranteed product because I've read and heard too many negative things about refilled and refurbished cartridges. I also wanted a cartridge that would be high capacity and compatible - would pop into the printer as easily as the OEM cartridges I'd used until now. I've had the new cartridge for several weeks now and so far everything has been perfect. The installation took a few seconds, the ink loading maybe another minute if that, and the ink stability & print quality appear to be 100%. Best always to refer to printer manufacturer's instructions which require a few seconds of shaking the cartridge before the install. I have no information yet on the real sheet capacity of this unit, but so far I'm very satisfied.

I have been using these compatible cartridges for almost a year now. There are 2 of them in my Epson printer at the moment. The other 2 in the printer are OEM Epson cartridges. The compatible cartridges have worked just as well as the OEM Epson cartridges, at a considerably lower cost. My only complaint about 123InkCartridges is that it is often very difficult to to reach anyone by phone. On the other hand, free shipping promos are now getting more common, plus many percent-off promos as well, and the standard shipping is quite fast, just a matter of a few days.
