Dear Customer, Thank you very much for your review. We are offering high quality Apple Inspired High Quality Headsets with remote control, White EAR5. If any problem with the headset, you could please contact our 24 hours customer service to get any help. We have 30 days warranty for the headset.

Read reviews about this product and they were about 50/50. Some people were saying that they would stop working after only a few uses. I ordered 3 pairs just in case. The first pair busted within 48 hours. The white band around the plug end detached and it stopped working completely. I am currently on my second pair and have been using them for about a week straight (mostly at home with my laptop) and they're working perfectly. I guess this product is hit or miss, but for the price you can't expect much more than that.
