This did not work with my printer. I am very disappointed, as it was also costly. I would like a refund or replacement from this company as I have been a customer for close to a decade.

I have been buying this cartridge for years, for a Samsung ML-2165W printer, and it has always worked well. Now I'm suddenly getting a "Black toner cartridge is not compatible. Check user's guide" error and the printer is completely non-functional. I haven't changed the cartridge recently, this one was working fine about a month ago, but now it's useless. I managed to get the printer to print out a "Supplies Information" page and it looked fine, so it's not that it's empty. It's just suddenly recognizable as "not a real Samsung product". Disappointing.

MTS-MLTD101S TONER - I RECENTLY PURCHASED THIS BRAND THAT CLAIMS TO BE ABLE TO PRODUCE UP TO 1500 COPIES. I'M TRYING HARD TO GET 1000 COPIES AND MY PRINTER INFO INDICATES THAT I HAVE LESS THAN 8% RESERVE OF TONER. MY AVERAGE PRINTED PAGE WILL HAVE ABOUT 20%-25% PRINTED OR LESS. SO FAR THIS BRAND DOES NOT COMPARE TO SAMSUNG TONER. POOR EXPERIENCE SO FAR.

I have been quite disappointed with this product. As far as printing it does a good job, but it also leaves a lot of black smear marks on the pages. The smear marks ruin a lot of professional documents. I was hoping this would be an economical printing option, but I end up wasting a lot of good paper trying to get a nice print job. I wish I had only got 1 cartridge instead of two. Hopefully the 2nd one will do a better job.

I have been quite disappointed with this product. As far as printing it has been doing a good job, but it also has been putting alot of smear marks on the pages thus ruining a lot of documents and sheets of paper. I have to print extra copies trying to get a copy that doesn't have smear marks on it. I got two of these cartridges. I'm limping along with the first cartridge. I hope when I use the 2nd one that it is better. I was hoping this would be an economical toner cartridge, which it is, but I've been disappointed with the quality.
