I love this pot :) I've done several dishes including Corned Beef with potatoes and cabbage with the pressure cook function, Stew, rice, quinoa, steel cut oats, Chicken breasts and each time I've been very happy with the results. I use it several times per week and need to try more of the functions it has. I recently got an induction stove and needed to replace my old pressure cooker with one that was compatible. Instead I chose the Instant Pot, partly because of price and the fact that it had other functions too. Shipping was quick and it was very well packed. I have purchased ink cartridges previously so I knew that delivery would be reliable. Thanks!

I gave the Instant Pot 4 stars, I have read reviews by others on the Instant Pot and decided it was the one to own. Time will tell if it deserves the full 5 stars,as I would need a year of use before I would give it the 5 star rating. The inner cooking pot is stainless,which I prefer over a Teflon coating, it is very fast heating up....so far it has done everything perfectly! Soups and stews are done beautifully, Roasts and Ribs are excellent....Love this machine!!

It's very convenient for using. I like it very much. I wonder if I can purchase another Sealing Ring? I think it'll be better to separate the meat cooking and non meat cooking. Please let me know. Thank you. Teresa

It's very good but need more clearly manual so everyone can follow it simple.

I purchased my Instant Pot about three weeks ago and have used it a LOT! I am very pleased with it. I have cooked chicken, beef, pork, roast potatoes, steamed vegetables, made stews and soups, cooked rice and used the slow cooking function. Everything has turned out very well with the exception of one meal, but I think that was the seasoning I used which I did not like and really had nothing to do with the cooker. If I had a complaint it would be the lack of basic instructions and a shortage of recipes supplied with the Instant Pot but I have been looking up recipes on line, so problem solved. Overall, I love the Instant Pot. It was well worth the money and clean up is a breeze.
