Your description of this item says it is a "Stereo" Plug. This is very obviously incorrect. 1) It will not connect to the stereo socket... 2) Stereo plugs have 4 contacts - not the 2 this one has - one pair of contacts for each channel - left & right.. I am not going to even attempt to return this $1.98 item, as the shipping costs are even higher than the value of the item.

No way to identify which rca connector is left or right channel. Not marked or colour coded. Pretty much useless unless you can identify which is which. You have to do a continuity test to determine which channel is which. To make it easier for you, 3.5mm TRS connector is wired: TIP=LEFT RING=RIGHT SLEEVE=GROUND. Check and mark each rca output accordingly.

looks ok, not sure if the inside RCA connectors are gold plated, they look silver/normal to me
