Love theses connectors. I pre wired my entire house with fiber and terminated each room with this keystone and everything worked great. Theses are the cables that are compatible with Bell Fibe and the tech just plugged his fiber into mine and everything worked on the first try using theses keystones.

Works great for moving your Bell Canada / Bell Aliant modem to another room. I ran some fiber through the walls from the front of my house to the back, using these keystones to make it look tidy.
