    PLEASE seriously talk to your customer support people. This is the fourth time I've ordered this product and the wrong one arrives and implied that I do not know how to use it. I am expecting a return and refund but things don't move very fast there. Please talk to your supplier !!!!!!

      I don't know if the is compatible with the HDMI to component cable. Seems to have problems but more test will be needed.

        I have already reviewed this item as totally misleading and even submitted pictures to prove it and was totally neglected. The actual picture on your site shows one side as being recessed into the body. For the third time I keep on receiving the wrong item.

          this product has been mis-represented for months even after I complained. The picture shows a PROTRUDING female connector when in fact it is a RECESSED female connector version that is shipped. PLEASE bring this to the manufacture's attention.The attached photo is what I received every time I order one

          Your web page shows this picture as part no. Cab-3850 but the actual product delivered to me with this part no.is different.After explaining this to customer service it was implied I don't know what I'm doing. I returned it and promised a refund. You almost lost a long term customer. It would also help if you hosted some direct help from the supplier to clear up problems like this
