          After my following rewind instructions, the tape did not track properly and the colours were reversed. All were returned or refunded and I order a different type, which you supplied me with before and worked perfectly. Must have been a few defective cartridges. Usually, they work fine- just as well as original brother tapes. Refund and re-order were handled promptly!
