Les cartouches neuves indiquent vides dans mon imprimante!

Bonjour Kathy, ça peut arriver des fois que les cartouches originales ne sont pas reconnues immédiatement par l'imprimante, tout comme les compatibles, il faut alors suivre les étapes pour que l'imprimante les reconnaissent. Des fois, simplement éteindre, débrancher, rebrancher et rallumer l'imprimante peut aider avec de problème.
