Your catridge is not working. I callled and sent an email since last week. I did receive any reply from you. If I don't hear from you in two days, I will post a bad report on my experience with that company.

I used to use this product regularly along with the colour versions. Recently I purchased one and upon installing only this black cartridge the printer is now recognizing all 4 cartridges (1 black and 3 colour) as being incompatible. I have followed all troubleshooting steps provided by 123ink.ca with no success. They did return the one product and replace it...same problem. They have refunded the product and offered a $10 off purchasing more ink, however I went from ordering one cartridge with three fully functional colour to not being able to use any of my cartridges and replacing all four is all I can do. Unimpressed.

Qualité d'impression: médiocre Je dois imprimé plusieurs pages à la fois (100). A partir de la deuxième, les copies ont des zones très pâle. Alors je retourne aux cartouches OEM de Samsung. Le prix est gage de qualité
