I ordered two of the four remanufactured toner cartridges at an earlier time, mostly to make sure they worked. When they were first put in, while the printer was on, the printer did not recognize the toner. I just turned off the printer and back on and they were worked just fine. I have since then got the other two remanufactured cartridges, and they worked fine. I ordered the last two online on a Friday morning, and they were delivered on a Sunday!!, free shipping!!.
