Do not purchase from this Website! I should have listened to the multiple reviews stating that the customer service in case of an issue is horrible and they will do everything in their power to avoid providing a return/refund. I ordered this OEM Brother product and it was defective; it's been a long time and constant avoidance of my request to resolve and delays in responding. Don't be fooled by the small discount you save, buy from another vendor!

Brand new out of the box and it leaves smudges on the pages, cleaned it twice improved but not gone. Put old one back in and no smudges. Talked to and sent Customer service agent "Chloe" examples and she doesn't respond, not even an acknowledgement. Poor quality and even worse customer service.
