              The tool I received turned out to be defective, which I only found out after ruining a few RJ45 plugs. The push-down portion of the tool was not properly aligned and was bending the pins sideways and not all the way through. The RJ11 push-down worked ok. Returned for a refund. Disappointed as I thought buying a well-known name and higher priced tool I'd have better results and not waste time troubleshooting and fixing my newly made wiring.
