Found the force needed to get the impact function to work is high, even on the low setting. Maybe there are heavier duty wires out there were this is needed. Regardless, it works as expected. If you haven't punched down keystones before, it can be very difficult to hold them securely while punching them down. In the future, I would get one of those keystone holders, they look gimmicky but I now see why they exist!
