    Extremely hard plastic. If you need to insert/remove the cable repeatedly the hard plastic would make it very difficult to do. Recommend only if you need some cable bend protection at the jack.

      These are actually rather hard and do not fit well over their Cat6 plugs. If I need more in the future I will likely look elsewhere.

        it prevents connection to the Ethernet port. It keeps the connection on the plug in the disconnect passion. very poor designe.
