It seems that the PGBK cartridge a lot of time stops working after 1/3 used while all other colors work till completely empty

I usually have about a third of the ink left in the cartridge and my printer will not go any further says I have to change the cartridge. The other four cartridges always go to empty but it seems like these XL ones do not. But overall the price is right compared to what I would have to pay in the big box stores for the same cartridge.

I had a problem with the cartridge. After about 50 copies I got an error code for the printer to replace the cartridge as it did not recognize it and I had to go buy a new one at a local business store, the new one fixed the error code. Upon checking with the printer company website for the error code it indicated no chip on cartridge or damage chip. The chip on the cartridge appeared to be OK. Still had lots of ink in the cartridge. I have used this brand only a few times, was using another brand but has been replaced by this brand by 123 ink.

Bought three pack "Moustache" it did not work tried 2 of the three and they seemed dry. Called and was sent replacement that arrived within 3 days, the replacements are working, this never happened before. The service to rectify the problem was Great.
