when punching down the plastic end keeps breaking, i was stay away from this model

Ordered a couple of this more than a year ago and just started using it. Wasted all of them because LAN tester shows wrong connection. Only figured it out when I use the Monoprice brand and as other reviews have noted, the labels are incorrect for this PrimeCables branded keystone jacks.

terrible product color coding diagram not very clear and no instructions to punch down would not buy again

I ordered 161 of theses blue connectors and the color code sticker was reversed, they were all reversed cost me 2 days of work im very very disapointed i never had issues like this before and it had to be a huge install , so be sure you check and couble check the color codes Stickers i will add pictures soon enough with unopened bags and single bags to show ,and i hope that Primecables will be able to give me a compensations for those 2 days lost of work my clients were pissed and i work in Hospitals , i buy over 10 to 20 k of materiels from Primecables a year i hope they will make me happy , and seriously hope they will fix this issue waiting on customer service to reply to this , lets see .
