Mostly OK. Out of four that I've tried installing, one of them had bad pins 1-2. Of the three that installed OK, my Klein 110 punchdown tool couldn't bite onto the sides of the jack enough to trim the wires with its built-in blade during punchdown, so I had to cut them off manually. Not a big deal, but not ideal either. Once installed, the jacks are working as expected.

Ordered 5 of these 1/5 arrived with no connectivity on 2 out of 8 pins. Had to redo the install several times until I realized this and pulled out the multimeter to confirm that the jack was the problem all along.

I found these VERY HARD to punch my solid core CAT6 23AWG cable into. I tossed almost 25% of them out due to damage caused when trying to punch into them.

Not exactly as it shows on the pic the one on the sit highlight the cargory of the cable that's what I was expecting.
