I had always used punch down before, but surprisingly these were easier to use, once i figured it out, unfortunately the guide is for a completely different style. Change the instructions and it would get a 5

Connectors didn't hold the cable, a slight pull loosened the connectors. I was using CAT6 cabling. I had to replace with a keystone model that required a punch tool.

Went well, my employe loved it!
