The ones i received were marked as model 5622, but look completely different from what was shown when i ordered then. I had always used punch down before, but surprisingly these were easier to use, once i figured it out, unfortunately the guide is for a completely different style. Change the instructions and it would get a 5

Wont fit side by side in a Leviton Decora Plate (too big). Tooless take a lot more time and work to use. It's easier to go punch down and just grab a punch down tool
