Frustrating ti use compared to a normal keystone. 2 of the one I ordered had some of the tongues inside broken. I would only recommend if you don’t have a punch down tool, otherwise stay away

Hard to use with Shielded Cat6 cable... it is hard to put it on, not sure why

I have to echo what a lot of other people have said, they are a lot more difficult than those you would use with a punch-down tool. And require a lot more time than those to make sure that you get the wires properly seated. We ended up returning most that we bought.
