We received it, it told us to clean the screen with a certain product had to go and purchased at the source, did the cleanup then still follow the instructions but it left all kinds of bobbles that we could not remove, I went on line found a video on how to do it. we garbage the first one then tried again after an hour or more we toke the second one to the garbage. we called a friend and ask him if he ever tried it and he said that we are waiting our money it should be done at the factory.
