My printer refuses to accept these cartridges! It’s so frustrating! They are suppose to work but my printer is refusing.

Fonctionne pas sur MFC-J6520DW

Incompatible! Tried for one-half hour to get yellow cartridge to be detected by my Brother MFCJ4410DW. Would not work. Also, cartridges are constructed poorly, do not slide in easily. NOT recommended. Returned for refund.

Not working well with a Brother MFC-J4510DW, even though it is supposed to. Bought two of these and was hoping for better quality than the red "Economical Box" (which is almost the same price for 4 cartridges!). The first cartridge was recognized, but ran out very quickly and printer says it's empty even though it appears to be over 3/4 full (other colours have only gone done a small fraction of what the yellow Moustache cartridge did). The second yellow Moustache cartridge can't be recognized by the printer. I need to print something tonight and thought I was prepared with two of these, but their poor quality has left me in the lurch. Will stick with the much cheaper alternative going forward...

Just installed printer does not acknowledge the cartridge, will try and return.
