Plug and Play. Follow the instructions and make sure you have jumper in correct location(If required) and you're good to go. Saved 4 HD's to date from going to the recycler!! Great investment!!!

A low profile, easy to use, cuick connect conversion adapter that allows me at access any IDE or SATA hard drives to extract data. A necessary tool in my hardware tool box!
