Not compatible with my printer. Being returned

My colored copies came out all blue, copy attached for your review. The printer also started to squeak as if the rollers were jammed, when I put back my old toners the printer worked okay. Please let me know how I can return these defective toners so you can replace them with proper functioning cartridges. My order #35956928

Not good....let black stripe all over the paper... First time I buy it, the cartridge is perfect but that one, I have to put in garbage and buy a original....I cannot work with that.
