The product was defected and damaged when I received it (The product was basically open or returned). The printer does not recognize the product at all. I honestly am shocked because now returning it will basically charge me a restocking fees for items that were delivered damaged in the first place. The chip reader is also damaged so I can see why it cannot read them.

Terrible. The toner came out streaky, even after removing and shaking it. I ended up returning it without any problems.
