Good afternoon, I am not very happy with this cartridge. I have to take it out and shake it every day multiple times a day, or I have places on a page that it is so light you can't read it. I moved the green bar, across, every time and still no change. Please advise... Thanks Diane Hunter

Pour une raison que j'ignore, ces deux cartouches de toners de couleur noire étaient défectueuses. L'imprimante m'indiquait de changer la cartouche. C'est la première fois que ça arrive malheureusement !

This toner was grinding so had to return it.
