A Shopper+ agent originally placed the order incorrectly but after a call from me alerted Shopper+ and the correct item was sent. Thankks for catching your mistake in time to get me the correct item!

La cartouche ne fonctionne pas. En plus mon imprimante ne reconnait plus aucune cartouche quand celle-ci est installé.
