When opening this cartridge pack, ink sprayed all over my hands Soap/water did not remove it -- what does? This happened when I removed the plastic cap over the ink pads. I lost a lot of ink. Would appreciate you sending me a replacement, as this cartridge is the one I use most. Also I could not remove the yellow "PULL" tab The second cartridge I ordered in this shipment was OK. First problem I've had with Moustache ink.

Je suis malheureusement un peu déçu de mon dernier achat de cartouches d'encre Epson (ensemble de 5 cartouches). Quand j'ai changé la cartouche cyan, l'imprimante ne pouvait plus reconnaître une autre cartouche, et ainsi de suite, l'une après l'autre. J'ai du changer les quatre autres cartouches. Pire encore, après tous ces changements, l'imprimante ne les reconnaît pas comme pleines, mais vides à divers degrés ... Alors, je suis confus, d'autant plus qu'il semble qu'en général, vos cartouche se vident beaucoup trop vite par rapport aux cartouches originales. Je devrai peut-être revoir ma stratégie pour des cartouches d'encre. Merci, car votre service est excellent. Georges-Aimé Roy
