This cartridge is working perfectly. The Laser Printer cannot work with refilled cartridges because of the chip. The refilled cartridges also were very difficult to remove once they were installed. They were stuck, probably due to the opening that were dispensing the toner into the printer. I highly recommend the manufacturer of these refilled cartridges to look into how and why these opening was causing the cartridge to be so tightly lodged in the printer. And secondly figure out how to wipe the memory of the chips so that the printer will not think that the cartridges were empty. I will certainly like to spend less money and will DEFINITELY use refilled toner cartridges if these two problems can be resolved.
