No problem this far from your product. I have had some small problems in past that when I put in your cartridge I have had to re-install a few times for it to work properly The magenta cartridge is giving me a problem. I had to put the old one back in and got and extra 20 copies. Just thinking of replacing the magenta from someone local.

The black toner cartridge has performed as well as any original HP cartridge I've had to buy for my printer. I've had no problems with it, its print is sharp and clear.

I've use a few with no print quality issues and the quality is very good!

it wasn't compatible with the printer i have. so i have no comment. as it is not returnable
