big size, battery goes crazy, slow start up, delay flash sync if you have d4 or d300 models

This is a great flash, I would personally replace this for SB800 or SB900, I am currently using the D5100 and never had an issue !!! But this flash will not high speed sync and also it does not have slave mode !!
