The cover plate will not be flush to the wall if you are using the 1 gang drywall mounting bracket model Cab-7013. The plate where the mounting screw goes through could be made shorter (1/8”) on the back which would fix this problem. I’ve cut that part shorter and was able to sit it flush to the wall.

Not pure white. Plastic quality is the same as the dollar store hence the price tag.
