Le produit est parfait. C’est la description du produit qui n’est pas clair. Sur la photo il y a quatre aiguises crayons avec différentes couleurs et l’annonce dit 1/paquet. Le prix est plus élevé par rapport aux autres tailles crayons. Alors je m’attendais de recevoir quatre tailles crayons et j’en ai reçu seulement une. J’ai appelé le service à la clientèle et on m’a dit que 1/paquet veut dire une seule.
