The transfer of black toner to paper is horrible. To have a chance of getting an acceptably printed page one has to do one, some or all of the following steps before a page prints properly: Printhead cleaning, printer calibration, nozzle correction, test page printing. In addition to wasting a lot of time these corrective measures also suck a cartridge dry very quickly, making it more expensive than a pricey EOM product.

Sorry to report----I've used your Cartridges on three occasions, and my printer started having problems. Kept telling me the cartridge carrier was not in place. It was fine but I could never get it to work again------had to replace the printer. MS

Should you check your records, you will note that the products had to be returned as non compatible. I had used them in the past with success, maybe it's the 4th generation chip that is the problem?
