I have been using your service for a number of years now, mostly for ink jet cartridges for my Kodak printer. I am happy with the quality of the cartridges, the colour is quite true. I have also ordered some other accessories such as adhesive pockets and screen protectors for iPhone and iPad and some ballpoint touch pens and have been pleased with them too. I would like to see the small stylus. The type that plugs into the iPhone, perhaps in sets of 3 per package. My big wish is that I could pick up my ink jet cartridges in Mississauga.

I can't get the printer to work. I keep getting a message to replace colour cartridge. Colour cartridge is new, but there was also a message to peel off strip somewhere to make it work. I can't seem to find the strip and haven't been able to use my printer. I have to take a thumb drive to my local library to do my printing. If you could send me another cartridge without the strip I would appreciate it. Thank you William McNeice
