I’ve always appreciated the great service from your company and the excellent quality of the product. The only problem was the previous order of two coloured units that I’ve been trying to send back but it’s been such a tremendous problem that I’ve give up and decided to just absorb the cost, But I must say the product I’ve used previously have been great. I like this product as I have bought it before though not from this merchant. I find that the XL product is just as good as the HP brand name for a lot less money. I also like how I can get more copies done with this one cartridge. Delivery was very fast. I will be purchasing this product and others from this merchant again.
