J'ai acheter cette cartouche et après seulement quelques semaines ( 3 semaines ) et quelques 50 copies la cartouche était vide. Vraiment décevant. Les autres cartouches avant durait presque 4 mois....??????????????*&^**

Cartridge was in the printer for over 4 months and then suddenly stopped the HP Envy 4500 from printing. The printer stuttered and it took over 10 minutes to print a single page. This problem only surfaced about a week ago. At first I thought it was related to a recent Windows 10 update, but now I'm not sure. I replaced the 61XL Moustache cartridge with a genuine HP 61XL and it worked right away. Really disappointed.

I this comment is half great. The black is fantastic. The color not so much. I don’t use color much but wanted to have it fir when I need. It is streaking and not true colours. I need to return it for a refund or exchange to try again. It has not worked properly since day one. Thanks
