the canon inks are great as always (BUT GIVING ONE STAR BECAUSE OF SERVICE) ORDER ON OCT 13TH 2022 SHIPPED OCT 14TH 2022 (SO IT SAYS BUT HAS BEEN AT THE STAGE OF LABEL CREATED UNTILL NOW OCT 19TH 2022) AND ILL BE LUCKY IF I GET BY MONDAY24TH 2022!!! SO DISAPPOINTED ANYMORE WITH THIS COMPANY... I THINK ITS TIME TO MOVE TO ANOTHER COMPANY MAYBE!!!!

Product is perfect. Customer service absolutely sucks. Pretty bad when you have to hunt them down on FB because they can't reply to email. Shipping took forever as well. Buh bye!
