I returned the binders that I ordered because they did not have a pocket on the outside of the front cover. The photo clearly shows a clear cover. This is the second time I ordered this binder because of the photo showing that it has the pocket. Only last time the operator told me I can't return because they were clearance items whuch I don't understand because they are still lusted as normal stock. And I'm stuck with binders I don't need!
