I have been dealing with shopper+ for a while now and so far I have not find myself disappointed and or not satisfied with the quality or performance of products I have purchased. Customer support is exceptional, deliveries are always on time. I do recommend the shopper+ family of products to all my colleagues, friends and family. The adapter worked as expected, for the reviews that claim that not getting sound issue, check your default audio device output and switch to the adapter's as your new default that is why you have no audio as I found out.

this actually works very well with my older toshiba laptop to easy change from vga to hdmi immediately response and picture simply - plug and play and your up running best ever device for such a low cost thank you 123 cartridges you made life more simply highly highly recommend this product huge !!!!
