It did not work Hopefully the replacement will work

I bought one of this and 2 colour. None of them would work. I was advised by 123 to soak the head with a warm wet cloth. This hasn't worked either. Would not adevise buying this product.

After only 2 pages being printed this item stopped functioning with it saying that it was out of ink!

This has caused nothing but problems with my printer, I can't recommend it. I can't prove that the paper jam was caused by this cartridge, but the printing is substandard, and I had to jump through hoops to get it to work in the first place.

does not register on the copier cant see if ink is full or empty

Did not work properly. Had to return it. All other items that I have ordered I've been very satified with.
