Just checked the video from this product and I think it's a good idea to have one ! If the $29 dollars can save my screen completely from dropping, good stuffs !

Great additional protection

It's just an ordinary thin layer of film that you can buy anywhere even in a dollar store. It's not non-reflective, not non-glare, not anti-bubble, not anti-shock or whatever... I doubted if the positive reviews were written by "real customers".
