    I'm having trouble with the black cartridges. My printer doesn't recognize them or throws an error code.

      Hello, Please note that this item includes two different version (Version A and Version B). Please use these items alternatively. If you previously purchased Version A, you must purchase Version B and use only this version. Once Version B needs replacement, you must place an order for Version A. We strongly recommend purchasing both Version A and B at the same time to prevent and mix up and confusion when reordering these cartridges. Veronica
