I purchased the product, and the magenta went from full one day, to empty, and can't print! Just purchased this last month. The ink usually lasts at least 4 months. Very disappointed.

After 3 years of great printing, my last 2 black cartridges did not work properly. I had to throw them away completely!

The printings quality can change from very clear to not at all in seconds. Also, i am not sure i could print 500 sheets before it was done!!!
