Ordered and returned 3 in a row. All 3 had immediate and serious problems with image quality and / or making strange noises. Ordered a Samsung OEM from 123 instead which works perfectly.

use this image drum with new toner, color fading after one month, then around two months completing cannot have any printing on paper.
